even busier life because of all the rulings and things going on Ted Cruz found time to write a

same guy a day before was dead wrong on obamacare how does it happen well I don't know about that and

their judicial man and it was a dark day two days in a row what we saw from the court was naked you activism

but you just said a minute ago it was lawlessness on Thursday of last week six justices rewrote

the text of obamacare they got in they took out their racers basically erase portions of federal law and

rewrote it and in doing so are they became partisan players you don't use the analogy that John Robert Hughes confirmation

hearing they stopped being empires calling balls and strikes and they joined one of the team take

hold on jerseys with a bright blue a lot join the Obama administration and lawlessness and

the consequence of that he is forcing this failed law on millions of Americans millions of Americans have lost their

jobs their help here and I mean there there cranium skyrocket because of obamacare and

then the next day a majority of justices rewrote the constitution defy the law and

illegitimate and Walsh and all there's a you know a judicial and constitutional argument and

he is the smartest wisest thing for the GOP field to be doing and saying and

what your plan moving forward you know mark I'm a big believer in the principle that could policy is good politics and and so I don't try to spend a lot of time studying pollster

or agonizing over focus groups before taking a position while I try to do it out of the can that

I made every day and you know I spent a lot of time together on the campaign trail part of the commitments I made every day to

twenty seven million Texans to stand up and fight for them like our liberty to fight for our constitution shell

and lighter both of these rulings I had pledged to fight them with every breath in my body twenty

sixteen I believe now is going to be a referendum on about any presidential candidate would prepare the

stand up and lead the fight to repeal every word of that failed law should get out of the way and I think twenty sixteen is also going to be a

referendum anti religious liberty election that's going to be found center
