Marco on reclaiming the American dream

know who the Republic a thousand pain and I know you don't know whether tigar bad thing in Mississippi overnight we we

just don't know for the Republican Party time at this point we haven't even talked her hands were %HESITATION I don't think so but

%HESITATION when we can talk about that too but %HESITATION by throwing talk about the future of the American dream very well and we have six at right now the Dow

futures American knew how can we do well first of all to understand what the problem is you know I I go back to my own upbringing where my parents were highly

educated and have much of a formal education came here immigrants and were able to make it to the American middle class working service job and

the more important part of my childhood is that I grew up believing that I can go as far as my talent and my work will take me that I could have the same dreams and the same future as

the son of a president of the son of a millionaire now you have a growing number of Americans that don't think that's true anymore and today a highlight the story of four separate groups

of Americans that we have a young single mother in Florida who is struggling to provide for her two daughters as she stuck in a job that doesn't pay a lot of money the

only way she's ever going to be able to improve that her prosper or to go back to school but she can't because we have a higher education cartel is

not allow innovation the educational space and provider cost effective and time effective ways to get that education well

me two young Americans living in Florida who did go to college and graduate and neither one of them can find a job in the field they graduated from but

the last of a family that runs a small business %HESITATION they were starting to they they got hit hard by the recession they were starting to climb out of then

they got hit by obamacare and then it got hit by just the general malaise in the economic growth they don't know how they're going to stay for retired for

all these people their dreams are not exotic there none of them are looking to be billionaires or anything like that children with the opportunity to have a life better than them south and

we need to reclaim and the fundamental challenge that we face today is that every single one of our institutions in this country from

government to higher education and everything in between has completely failed to enjoy to the New World that we now live in or

globalization and information technology have changed the nature of our economy and our laws and our education system simply don't reflect this right senator it it worked with this

is just in summer and summer what you're saying everybody I everywhere grease it we want equal opportunity for every opera

for everyone in this country especially in terms I'm getting an education and then if you work hard and you are in your own success you

reap the that's for you or if you don't then you don and and that's what all of us can agree on that that that that's really

that that that there's so many regulations and so many things that that make it impossible to out to disrupt that that's why there's a problem so

increasingly lost its edge on innovation because of regulations and because of the tax code that makes America a more difficult place to innovate and

to invest and as a result we're not creating the higher paying jobs that the twenty first century promise and the second part of it is the

higher paying jobs and twenty percent tree all require a higher level of skill or a higher level of education and
